In Loving Memory of

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Eleanor Muriel Dixon, who left us peacefully on 13th August 2025.

Her funeral service took place on Wednesday, 10th September 2025 at Taunton Unitarian Chapel.

Following the service, Eleanor’s children and grandchildren accompanied her to Taunton Crematorium to say a final goodbye. This was followed by a wake at Vivary Golf Club, where it was lovely to catch up with those who were able to make it.

For those of you who were unable to attend there is a video of the chapel service. Unfortunately, technical issues meant that the final hymn and closing prayers did not record, it is a mystery to us why the recording stopped after Penny’s reading and we have no explanation.
